Compliments

If you'd like to pass on a compliment, we'd love to hear it! Email us at webmaster@drps.ca.

Complaints

The Durham Regional Police Service is committed to providing quality police service throughout Durham Region. We are committed to working with all members of the community and we hold ourselves accountable to improved effectiveness in everything we do.

All complaints filed by the public about our policies and services, or about the conduct of an officer, are taken seriously by the DRPS.

Complaints can be categorized into two areas:

1. Against the policies of, or serviced provided by the Durham Regional Police Service
2. Against the conduct of a Durham Regional Police officer
