Durham Connect is a partnership made up of multiple inter-disciplinary agencies mandated under Provincial, Regional, local and community- based organizations. Their vision is to improve community safety and well-being through multi-agency collaboration to address situations of acutely elevated risk and reduce or prevent harm to individuals and families across Durham Region.
