After-Hours Bar Shut Down in Oshawa

Members of Central East Community Resource Unit (CRU) have concluded an investigation into an after-hours bar in Oshawa.

On Sunday, March 16, 2025, members of Central East CRU executed a Provincial Offences Act search warrant at 20 Bond Street West, a location where multiple complaints had been received of an after-hours bar. Officers seized a number of items, including currency, point of sale terminals and an extensive amount of alcohol.

Mustafa POPAL, age 33, of Toronto is charged with: Unlawfully Possessing Liquor and Unlawfully Selling Liquor under the Liquor Licence Act.

He was released on a Summons.
