Armed Robbery at Whitby Gas Station

Police are searching for a suspect following an armed robbery at a gas station in Whitby.

On Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at approximately 3:45 a.m., members of Central West Division responded to a robbery at a gas station, located at 1519 Dundas Street East. The suspect entered the store pointing a firearm at the employee while demanding cash, lottery tickets and cigarettes.

The suspect stole a quantity of cash and fled the area prior to police arrival.

No physical injuries were reported.

The suspect is described as: male, White with medium build. He was wearing a green sweater, dark coloured pants and black shoes.
