Dentist Charged with Sexual Assault

A male employed as a dentist has been arrested for sexually assaulting a patient during her appointments in Ajax.

On Saturday, July 13, 2024, the victim attended KC Dental located at 280 Rossland Road East in Ajax.  During two of the victim’s appointments, the dentist touched the victim inappropriately.

Police are concerned there may be other victims and have attached an image of the accused. The dentist also works at Family Smile Dentistry at 3480 Lawrence Avenue East in Scarborough.

Dr. Sunilkumar Patel, age 36 from Ajax is charged with: Sexual Assault x2.

He was released on an Undertaking.
