Male Arrested for Breaching Release Order
A male is in custody for breaching the conditions of his release order.
On Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at approximately 7:50 p.m., members of Central West division attended a storage facility located near Watson Street East and Harbour Street after an electronic monitor breach was reported. Officers arrived on scene and located a male in a vehicle outside one of the story units. The male was arrested and he is facing multiple charges.
Justin Senna Rafferty NEVES, age 30 of Toronto is charged with Fail to Comply with Release Order x 2, Unlawfully Possess Schedule I Substance (Methamphetamine), Possess Identity Document of Another x 6, Possession of Credit Card x 6.
He was held for a bail hearing.
