Male Arrested for Sexual Assault in Whitby

A male has been arrested for a historic sexual assault in Whitby.

In early 2019, the victim was employed by the suspect at a business in the area of Taunton Road and Brock Street. During the course of the victim’s employment, the suspect made unprofessional remarks and touched the victim inappropriately.

Sean GODFREY, age 53 of Apsley is charged with: Sexual Assault x3.

He was released on an Undertaking.
