Male Facing Break-and-Enter Charges in Bowmanville

A 21-year-old-male is facing charges following a rash of break-and-enters in Bowmanville.

On Tuesday, June 4, 2024 between the hours of 5:10 a.m. and 5:25 a.m., members from East Division responded to four seperate break-and-enter calls in the area of King Street West and Scugog Street.  In each incident, the male suspect broke glass to gain entry into the businesses, and fled with cash from one.

Officers conducted a canvass of the area and were able to obtain video surveillance.   From there, a suspect was identified and arrested.

Jeremy RICHARDSON, age 21 from Bowmanville is charged with Break and Enter x 4.

He was released on an Undertaking.
