Male Wanted for Assault with a Weapon in Oshawa
Police are searching for a male after he assaulted another male with a brick in Oshawa.
On Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at approximately 6:40 p.m., members of Central East Division responded to an armed person call at Memorial Park, located at 110 Simcoe Street South. A male struck another male in the head with a brick before fleeing the area. Officers arrived on scene and administered life-saving measures, before the victim was transported to a Toronto-area trauma centre in life-threatening condition. Police searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect.
The suspect is described as: male, White, 20-30 years-old, approximately 6’ tall, with a medium build.
