Male Wanted for Sexual Assault in Bowmanville

Police are searching for a suspect after he sexually assaulted a female in Bowmanville.

On Sunday, October 6, 2024, at approximately 5:30 p.m., members of East Division responded to a sexual assault call in the area of Jollow Drive and Concession Road 3.  A female met a male on Tinder who connected her with a second male on Snapchat.  After becoming acquainted on Snapchat, the male attended the female’s residence.  While inside the residence, the suspect sexually assaulted the victim.  The suspect left the residence on foot prior to police arrival.

The male on Tinder went by the username “Alex.” The male on Snapchat went by the username “Moses.”

The suspect is described as: male, Brown, approximately 6’3” tall, 20-25 years-old, with a large build.  He was wearing a black sweater, green cargo pants, and white shoes.

Police have concerns there may be other victims and are requesting anyone with information to come forward to investigators.
