Massage Therapist Arrested for Sexual Assault in Ajax

A male employed as a massage therapist has been arrested after sexually assaulting a client in Ajax.

On Wednesday, October 2, 2024, members of the West Division Criminal Investigations Branch (CIB), began an investigation into a male employed as a massage therapist at a physiotherapy business located in the area of Harwood Avenue South and Emperor Street.  A female client contacted police after she was sexually assaulted on several occasions, while receiving treatment from the suspect.

On Thursday, October 24, 2024, members of CIB concluded their investigation and took the suspect into custody.

Nicholas M LUCK, age 50 from Whitby is charged with: Sexual Assault x3.

He was released on an Undertaking.
