Shots Fired at Residence in Ajax

Police are canvassing an Ajax neighbourhood after shots were fired at a residence.

On Friday, May 17, 2024, at approximately 9:10 a.m., members from West Division responded to the area of Ravenscroft Road and Rossland Road West in Ajax after receiving reports of shots being fired at a residence.   Officers arrived on the scene and located numerous shell casings in the area however no victims were located.

On Saturday, May 18, 2024, at approximately 3:20 a.m., members from West Division responded to the same residence in Ajax after receiving reports of shots being fired.  Officers arrived on the scene and located numerous shell casings in the area however no victims were located.

Officers are continuing to canvass the area, however are appealing to anyone in the community with information to come forward.

Investigators are continuing to look into if any shootings this weekend are connected.
