Suspect Wanted for Indecent Act

On Thursday, October 17, 2024 a male suspect was on the westbound GO train, departing from Oshawa GO station toward Union Station. While sitting across from the victim, the suspect exposed his penis and was committing indecent acts. The suspect got off the train at Scarborough GO station, located at 3615 St. Clair Avenue East, Scarborough.

The victim did not sustain any physical injuries.

Various investigative avenues were undertaken to identify the suspect; however, his identity remains unknown.

The suspect is described as: male, Black, slim build, hand tattoos, wearing a black ROOTS sweatshirt, black pants.
