Suspects Sought in Oshawa Stabbing
Police are searching for two suspects who stabbed a male in Oshawa.
On Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at approximately 11:35 p.m., members of Central East Division responded to an assault call in the area of Simcoe Street South and Bloor Street East. A pedestrian located a male suffering from a stab wound and contacted police. The victim was transported to a Toronto area trauma centre in serious but non-life-threatening condition.
Further investigation revealed that the victim had been walking along Simcoe Street South when he heard two males speaking loudly. The victim got into a verbal altercation with the two suspects who stabbed him and fled the area.

Police are requesting anyone with cell phone footage, dash cam footage, or surveillance footage to please come forward and speak with investigators.
