Three Arrested for Vehicle Theft in Clarington

Two males and one female are in custody after being found in possession of a stolen vehicle in Clarington.

On Wednesday, September 18, 2024, members of the Project Attire Auto Theft Unit, with the assistance of Halton Regional Police, executed a search warrant at a residence in the area of Taunton Road and Trulls Road.  Programming devices used for auto theft and a stolen BMW SUV were located on the property. A female and two male occupants were taken into custody without incident.

Brooke NOFTALL, age 25 from Toronto is charged with: Theft of Motor Vehicle, Possess Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000, and Possess Break-in Instruments.

Steven CHAMBERS, age 26 from Clarington is charged with: Theft of Motor Vehicle, Possess Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000, Possess Break-in Instruments, and Breach Probation.

Clinton HAHN, age 41 from Brampton is charged with: Theft of Motor Vehicle, Possess Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000, and Unlawfully Possess Schedule I Substance.

NOFTALL was released on an Undertaking.  CHAMBERS and HAHN were held for a bail hearing.
