Two Arrested After Stabbing in Oshawa

Two males are facing charges after one was stabbed during a physical altercation in Oshawa.

On Monday, October 7, 2024, at approximately 10:50 a.m., members of Central East Division responded to an armed person call in the area of Bond Street East and Simcoe Street North.  Two males had gotten into a physical altercation resulting in one of them being stabbed.  Officers arrived on scene and located both males, who were taken into custody without incident. 

The first male sustained minor injuries and was transported to a local-area hospital.  The second male did not sustain any injuries.

Wisam KHALIFA, age 26 from Whitby is charged with: Assault Cause Bodily Harm, Assault with a Weapon, Possession of Weapon Dangerous to Public, Robbery, and Breach of Probation.

Skylar COLLINGHAM, age 33 of No Fixed Address is charged with: Possession of Weapon Dangerous to Public, and Assault with a Weapon.

KHALIFA was held for a bail hearing.  COLLINGHAM was released on an Undertaking.
