Two male suspects are wanted after several bank card thefts across Durham Region.

Between March 2024 and July 2024, two male suspects stole several bank cards from elderly victims.  The suspects would observe the victim use an ATM in a bank vestibule.  One suspect would then distract the victim by saying they found cash the victim had dropped on the ground.  During this distraction, the second suspect would steal the victim’s debit card.  The two suspects would then immediately spend the victim’s funds and withdraw cash from their accounts.
