UPDATE #1 - 3 Injured as a Result of Head-On Collision in Oshawa

On Thursday, September 12, 2024, Investigators from the Collision Investigation Unit (CIU) concluded an investigation into a collision that occurred on Sunday, July 7, 2024, in the area of Ritson Road North, in Oshawa.  As a result, a 19-year-old male who was the driver of an involved Chevrolet Silverado pick-up, was taken into custody.

Carson Bruce WOODROW, age 19 from Oshawa is charged with numerous offences including: Impaired Operation of a Conveyance Cause Bodily Harm, Operation While Impaired – Exceed, Operate Unsafe Motor Vehicle, and Novice Driver - B.A.C Above Zero.

He was released on an Undertaking.
