UPDATE #3 Double Homicide in Bowmanville

Police have arrested and charged two more males in the deaths of a married Bowmanville couple.

On Saturday, February 4, 2023, at approximately 12:45 a.m., three masked suspects, who were armed, arrived at an address on Crombie Street in Bowmanville.  The suspects entered the residence and shot both victims multiple times at close range.  Both victims died instantly. Ms. ALZUBAIDY was six months pregnant at the time of her murder.

The Durham Regional Police Service Homicide Unit has arrested two more parties responsible for the murders of Aram KAMEL and Rafad ALZUBAIDY. 

Demouy BLAIR, age 22 of Oshawa is charged with First Degree Murder x2.

Rocky Steve Stevenson, age 37 of Ajax is Charged with First Degree Murder x2.
