UPDATE - Police Seek Information After Suspicious Fire
Investigators are asking anyone who lives in the area of Eddystone Path and Okanagan Path, in Oshawa to review security footage following a residential arson.
On Sunday, October 6, 2024, at approximately 5:10 a.m., members of Central East Division responded to a residential fire in the area of Eddystone Path and Okanagan Path, in Oshawa. Investigators have deemed the fire an arson and are looking for suspects.
The occupants of the residence were home at the time, and able to safely evacuate the residence. There were no physical injuries reported. The fire resulted in extensive damage to multiple homes and damages are estimated to be in excess of $2-million.
Multiple suspects remain outstanding and no arrests have been made in relation to this incident at this time.

Police are appealing for witnesses and video surveillance following a suspicious house fire in Oshawa.
