Youth Arrested for Armed Robbery in Oshawa
A male has been arrested after robbing another male with a knife in Oshawa.
On Monday, July 15, 2024, at approximately 3:50 p.m., members of Central East Division responded to a robbery in progress in the area of King Street West and Stevenson Road North. A male youth threatened another youth with a knife and demanded his sweater. The suspect took the victim’s sweater and fled on foot. Police located the suspect a short distance away and took him into custody without incident.
The victim did not sustain any physical injuries.
A 16-year-old male from Oshawa is charged with: Robbery.
He was released on an Undertaking.
